Anyone who knows me knows that I have a passion for travel. I remain eternally curious to see where and how others live. We’ve all heard of teenagers who like to sneak out at night to see the world. I guess it’s safe to say I am on the other end of that “sneaking out.” On most trips, I get up early one morning and sneak out to see what I can see. Over the New Year’s weekend, my buddy Wally and I did 9 states in 7 days. We joked that we could never make it to the next city before nightfall. So it was always the next day before we could really see where we were. Day 5 brought us to Providence Rhode Island, one of the places I hadn’t been before. I got up the next morning and I strolled the deserted streets. It was January 1st and most people hadn’t made it out yet. Here are some of the fabulous sights I saw in the Capitol city.
